Covid-19: Our utmost concern is the health and well-being of our guests; accordingly, we at Hudson Valley Rose Bed and Breakfast are fully vaccinated against the virus that causes Covid-19. It is our policy that anyone entering any of our accommodations also be fully vaccinated against the Covid virus. If you are not yet fully vaccinated, please wait until you are before booking a stay with us.
Smoking: New York state law now prohibits smoking indoors in any facility providing guest accommodation, even in private guestrooms. Additionally, we do not allow smoking anywhere on our grounds, out of respect to both our non-smoking guests and our old-growth trees!
Children: Guests’ children over 16 are welcome, keeping in mind each room’s per-person maximum.
Pets: While we are very much pet people, we understand that many of our guests have allergic reactions, phobias, etc., when it comes to our four-legged companions. We also know that even the best-behaved doggie sometimes can’t help but bark at that darting bunny he sees at 5 AM! We therefore do not allow pets on the property. (We can recommend some wonderful nearby spots to board your pet while you stay with us.)
Food restrictions: With prior notification we are happy to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please let us know as far in advance as you can, so we can provide you the best and freshest possible alternative choices.
Checking in and out: Check-in time is between 4:30 PM and 8:00 PM (we will attempt to accommodate other times through prior arrangement if necessary). Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Guests are more than welcome to use any of the property’s common areas — outdoors and in — after your check-out time. We are more than happy to look after your bags if you’d like to venture off after check-out.
Forms of Payment: VISA / MC / Discover / ApplePay / Cash
Cancellations: We will refund your charge up to 10 days prior to your arrival date, less a $50 service charge. After that date, your total booking amount will not be refundable.
